I'm a big fan of Linksys products. They were always very responsive and got their job done. However, I have to say that this is my least favorite Linksys product. I bought this because I thought it would look good with my router, switch, and Linksys wireless access point. Overall it works relatively well. However, I encountered problems in some situations. When running connection-intensive applications that open many connections, the modem tends to freeze. Cyclic Power seems to fix this. I've seen other people reporting similar issues with disconnects in certain situations. I'm a software developer and I often run applications that open many simultaneous connections, so this was an issue for me. Since then I have changed the modem and no longer have this problem. It generally works fine, just needs to be shut down/started up from time to time to clear it.
