I got this because I love to paint and used a crayon sharpener, well I didn't use the 9-12mm hole but as for the rest #1 like in the picture, #2 doesn't grind to the end without breaking, #3 needs to be held with other hand when sharpening, #4 is easy to open and clean, and finally if the tips break off you have to use them pull out with a toothpick. Overall I wish I'd spent the money on a different sharpener even though it's better and safer (for pets) than a knife. STOP WORKING AND I USE THE POWER TIME HOLE, NO BATTERIES HAVE TOUCHED THIS CHAPENER. Really save your money folks piece of shit for only using it for a few days
