I was so happy to receive this but when I opened the package my eyes literally burned. Aired in the garage for 2 days. Nothing. My husband was looking for ways to deal with chemical smells. Baking soda paste: pitch. Soap and water (that's how it started, of course): fail. The alcohol aggravated the situation in ways I didn't think was possible. Another unfortunate thing I can't remember right now. I would like to exchange it but I'm sure that's just the standard for the company. It's time to think about a return. Great concept. But don't waste your time with this particular product. darn.
