after reviewing this product and getting very helpful answer; i decided to purchase this item; once received I inspected it and I was please with the purchase (so far). once i began to replace the existing ones (5) it only took me 5 minutes to get them installed. Look and Feel = like someone lese posted; it feels weird, heavy and bulky but once installed and using it for a couple of day it just feels right. in my case I replace the existing ones; if this was an initial installation you will need to spend more time installing it but it should not take long. YES. I was able to use it for right and left door. (thank you all for your feedback). Thank you
