I needed an ice pack to wrap my son's milk bottles while we were away. I initially had regular block ice packs but found that they only keep one side of the bottle or food cold, often just the bottom or top. With them I could at least wrap it around a food container or bottle. It's also nice that they are flexible so I can put them in a smaller cooler or just put them in a larger cooler. I live in a warm climate but these last all day until my soft cooler bag is out in the sun. I would recommend it to anyone who often packs ice in their fridge to keep things cold. You no longer have to jump out of melted ice and face potential leak problems. Love this as I don't have to worry about melted ice cream getting into my grocery container that I packed for my little one. Worth the investment.
