I ordered this cable to replace 2 cables I spliced together to run 20 feet in my home office. I figured 1 full cable would provide a strong signal to connect my Xfinity cable modem. I installed it and immediately the signal came and went, since people in the house were having connection problems I quickly switched back to the old cable and the problems were solved. designed and intended for laying in the duct. So did I decided to return the cable for a refund, but PHAT has a huge page with returns policies, contact details, restocking fees, return shipping fees, etc. Here's the Revain summary: Returns: $14.50 Item Tax Refund: $1.16 Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($7.25) I don't think any other company has done this before at Revain If items don't work or are defective they usually send them back for a full refund (good customer service - I might buy from you in the future) .For the above reason I would not recommend these guys, I went elsewhere and got a better price and product.
