Not very bright. Let's say a standard 5mm yellow LED needs to draw 20mA at about 2V so 12 LEDs should like about 0 .5 W look. This block has 3 parallel strings of 4 LEDs each, so the current should be around 60mA at 12V, but it is only 36mA. rays. The beam spread is only a few degrees, so there are 2 bright spots and mostly a broad, faint glow. The vertical spread is very small. Probably works as a side marker at night, but is indifferent in daylight.
