I ordered this as a gift, the bag I received was not the same as in the picture. The lid didn't have any slots to put yarn through and the lid didn't have strap loops as advertised so I came back thinking I might have sent the wrong one. The change was the same! There are no slots and loops for the belt like in the photo. I have sent an email with every returned order. NO ANSWER! All I want is the XL bag shown in the photo!
