At times it can be difficult using the system and you need to check in and out several time before you even get a response if you have any problems or questions but this process does not happen too often. If you are looking to create a reliable online platform for ticket bookings then this is perfect. It has allowed me to keep track of all our customers easily and efficiently. The best thing about this software is that it has all the elements of an e-commerce platform in one place which makes managing everything very easy. It's also relatively cheap compared to other similar products out there. I dislike how some of the more complex functions are not intuitively obvious at first glance - but once you know them they're fine! We use this mainly for our booking system, however we do have plans to expand into other areas too.
