Review on Wacom Power Adapter USB-C 100W: Enhanced Charging for Maximum Convenience by Jamil Fog

This really is one of the few 100W USB-C charging options available. I ordered it as an experiment to see if it charges my Surface Book 2 at full speed. Everything seems to be working great so far. Before purchasing, I contacted Wacom to ask some preliminary questions such as: B.: * What kind of power adapter does the charger need? * Does the charger support USB Power Delivery 2.0? They didn't help because they couldn't answer a single question. After purchase I know that the charger uses an IEC320 C5 adapter. I'm still not sure about the USB PD specs, so use it with other devices at your own risk. However, this works for my purposes and seems to be the best option at the moment.
