I've had this hub for a long time and it does exactly what I want it to do. I decided to buy my dad a GE switch for Christmas and got him a Wink hub instead because it was sold out at the time. Then I found out that Wink charges $5 per month just to access their hub, which is comparable to this one. On top of that I couldn't get it to work and I'm still waiting for them to contact me to see how it works. I ended up returning it and repurchasing it for my dad and it works great. No stress. No hidden fees. It does what it's supposed to and Samsung really gets back to you if you raise an issue. I've hooked up all my Samsung TVs, 5 GE Zwave switches and two GE Zwave outlets to this and have never had one. main problem with it. I'm glad I was able to bring back the wink and get this for my dad. I no longer have to be ashamed that I accidentally bought him an inferior piece of junk as a gift.
