This is my first negative product review.

This is my first negative review of a product and you can imagine my frustration. So, I bought this device and used it barely 4 hours, the battery is almost dead. Out of curiosity, I open the battery cover and find that I got a 1500 mAh battery, not 3000 as advertised. I don't know how else to report this as this is the first time I've come across this so I'm not familiar with the process of how to do this. I hope my seller sees this and contacts me.
