I like that it is easy to use, has loads of features (customer data and insights are awesome) and is totally free until you get some serious usage going. There's nothing specifically about this tool that we dislike - maybe an occasional lack of user support or slow response time from customer service team when something goes awry? But if there was anything specific that we disliked, it would be hard for me not to mention it here! This is a great way to keep track of your customers' activity in real-time and see what they're searching for. It provides actionable insight into their behavior which helps us improve our product offerings as well as identify new areas where growth could happen.
