So technically "I" don't like this item as I bought these skates for my daughter. However, she was delighted to receive them! They just went from what I would call "kids skates" (plastic, adjustable size, buckles instead of laces, etc.) to adult sizes. I didn't realize until I started shopping that there is a significant jump in price when you go from child to adult size! Since she would only be using them for skating around the area (not at the rink, not at roller derby or anything) I didn't want to pay for something so out of the ordinary. This is compliant. They're well put together and even if used on the pavement they'll obviously last quite a while.
