When I got my Pi, I found that the small aluminum heatsinks didn't fit at all. Watching YouTube videos can cause the CPU to overheat to more than 80 degrees Celsius. I added some large copper heatsinks and that brought the temperature down to around 65 degrees Celsius and with the addition of the fan the temperature went up another 20 degrees to the low 40 degree Celsius range. I had to modify the case by cutting a hole in the top and drilling holes for the screws provided. Tightening the screws makes the fan loud. So if you start making too much noise, loosen the screws a bit. The fan is not super quiet, but acceptable.
