Overall works well best in my review
I am using this for a fountain with reservoir dug in underground and is near a window. Cannot hear motor inside with this going. I bought a second one as the first one I had died. Lasted about 2 years fairly continuous use outdoors. Was easy to change out to new pump but will depend on how you setup your system.

- Works great, just not enough pressure for what we needed. Kept it to use on another project.
