Review on 🍵 Yama Glass Chinese Water Kettle (40 oz): Authentic and Stylish Tea Brewing Solution by Samantha Dixon

I bought this 40oz Yama Glass Chinese Teapot about 3 months ago. A few weeks ago, a crack suddenly formed in it and hot water began to flow. We have not exposed it to extreme temperatures or mechanical damage. We had the same kettle over 3 years ago and were so happy with it that when it broke we bought a new one exactly the same. But the new one didn't even last three months. This glass teapot is designed to withstand boiling temperatures but cracked after just two months of use. This defect is very dangerous. Fortunately, we noticed the crack in time, otherwise it could have exploded in our hands and caused severe burns. I'm very surprised by the response from the seller's support team (Anks Insights). They told me their return policy is 30 days and they are not responsible for any defects. I was keen to try this kettle considering the previous one has lasted three years with no problems assuming this item was just defective but following Ansk Insight's reply I'm leaving this review.
