Overall I am happy with this purchase. They fit very well and look great. The installation is a bit lengthy, I recommend at least 2 people. I routed the new wiring harness into the existing grommet in the door and into the unused grommet in the cab for the turn signal wires. I ran the wires with wire from an old Romex. The mirrors fit well. But I cut a notch in the bracket on the mirror to avoid pinching the wires during the installation process. And it went well. Use silicone grease on the door grommet on the mirrors, it helps a lot. You may need to trim a bit as they are very tight. Another tip: when tightening, tighten each nut in turn so that it is not over tightened and tightened evenly to avoid damaging the aluminum threads in the mirror itself. On the way, they vibrate a little, but not critically. Those old Cummins still vibrate, especially on the rough roads here. I hope this helped.
