I was somewhat daunted when the film arrived and I had to actually install it. However, other than the clumsiness of cutting it to size (plus 2” extra all around”), it was so easy! I taped it on the window for about an hour so it stopped curling as much. After washing the window, I sprayed it down abundantly and did the same with the film once I removed the backing. It adhered easily, and allowed for adjustment before I got to work with the squeegee. I used dish soap and water as recommended. 1st pic-outside, can’t see a thing inside. You can see the difference with the window I haven’t done yet. 2nd pic-can see everything outside. 3rd pic-I suggest cutting out each corner before you start trimming. (Sticky not is example of what I mean.) The film lays flatter against the glass, even in the corners, that way. My 10 & 12 year olds helped me by holding the ends while I was peeling the back off and spraying it down. A window this size really needs a second (or third) set of hands. Smaller windows can probably be done independently.
