Review on 🔒 Bolt 7026128 Jeep Wrangler JK Hood Lock: Optimal Security and Protection by Andre Bennett

Fits my 2009 Jeep Wrangler JKU with minimal effort. When I opened the box, the instructions showed how to fit the lock to my Opening factory jeep key on one side and how to install it on the other side Before you start I **STRONGLY** recommend that you make sure you have a rivet gun that accepts 1/4" Rivets accepted Thought I might run to my local auto parts/hardware store and get one cheap Two days later I only found one luckily far away Revain recommends it along with a BOLT lock although I don't know if it does good is.The locking process was as easy as turning the key one way,installation was almost as easy.To remove the jeep grille you need to remove a couple of plastic trim retainers and k to the front rag. Don't worry about breaking or tearing a few plastic pieces as the BOLT hood lock is enough to replace all fairing retainers. Don't remove it too far. The grille does not have to be removed completely, but this is a warning after the grille has been removed and the hood latch access hole is just in front of it. There is a hose going through this hole that you must detach from one of the attachment points, whichever it is. Then simply insert the BOLT lock and rivet it with the rivets provided. Be sure to leave the lock in the OPEN position. I forgot and looked pretty stupid.
