Our company bought 5 of these lockers to store our employees belongings. anything and everything works great. We had a problem with a product. However, a good sales manager: Sophie Chao helped solve the problem. The problem we had: There were 4 duplicates of the same lock numbers. I have emailed seller support, we would like a replacement; Within minutes I received a response that they would organize and send a replacement. Although it took them a while to send us a replacement because they had to check if they sent duplicates and being far away we were able to get them. We had to come back for further instructions on how to change the locks. we were sent instructions with pictures and a film; which helped us a lot in the successful exchange of locks.
