Review on HPS 57-1449H-BLUE WJ Silicone Heater Hose Kit Coolant by Reggie Stewart

I highly recommend using this product! I had two OEM Mopar heater hoses from the engine bulkhead to the water pump. Very expensive replacement from Mopar or other suppliers. These silicone HPS hoses are like magic! First, silicone does not expand or contract, so once replaced, unlike old rubber hoses, silicone hoses will not shrink or expand as the engine cools or heats up. This is important because you don't have to keep tightening the clamps like you would with rubber heater or radiator hoses. HPS also offer a set of HPS stainless steel clamps, these clamps tighten the hose evenly unlike those crappy auto shop clamps that pinch and cut the rubber of the hoses. HPS also sells just the right silicone radiator hoses for 2002-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with V-8 engines, they also come with HPS clamp kits. HPS offers a limited lifetime warranty on silicone tubing used with HPS clamps. I wish I had found HPS clamps and hoses sooner, I would have used them on my radiator, give HPS a call, you'll be damn glad you did!
