Amazing Tool To Get Insights Into Your Leads

It helps me see which channels are performing well with my most valuable customers. I also love how it allows for segmentation on a person-to-person basis, allowing us to really drill down into our customer base. I wish we could be able to assign multiple actions to a single message that is sent out. For example, if someone signs up for an email list but also wants a specific product demo, we would like to be able to track both of those things separately within the same action. It's a great way to start understanding what works best in different channels. Very helpful for determining the quality of leads. The quality of data is unparalleled with other third party providers. The ability to upload the data directly into the CRM is a huge plus. I wish there was a way to sort the data by source. Sometimes the data is not 100% accurate. I would say that this is a minor issue. It is helpful to see which leads are converting and which are not. It is helpful to see what the quality of the leads are.
