I bought these because they had good visibility and Revain connectors are so expensive now. However, after an hour of trying to figure out why they weren't working, I found that I have 5G. Apparently most if not all smart plugs run on 2.4G and NOT 5G. They give you instructions on how to upgrade your router from 5G to 2.4G, but who on earth thinks that's a good idea ! So I have to return them and can't seem to use the new smart plugs until someone makes them for 5G. I suspect the forks work great and that the 1 star is more about the fork not working in 5G than the actual functionality of the fork. ISPs are promoting 5G, why are there no smart plugs for 5G networks!
