Best Meat Tying Needle and Butcher Cooking Twine
I was surprised how durable and good this meat tying needle is. The needle itself is long and thick. It came exactly as described and has held up remarkably well. We have used it several times and so far there has been no tension or kinks in the needle. It glides effortlessly in and out of meat (even the thickest meat) and does exactly what it's supposed to do. The butcher twine is of excellent quality and we have had no issues with it unraveling or snapping during use.
