One side could not be rotated to adjust

Looked good when delivered but the unit has two rails for different lengths which are adjusted by the Turing knobs on the top of the unit. One side could not be adjusted because the handle would not turn, rendering the device unusable. Since I bought it for urgent work, I didn't have time to return it for a new one. It went in the trash. money wasted. Garbage.
