Item arrived quickly and they actually sent 2. BUT the reason they probably sent 2 was because they expected a set might not work and it didn't. I bought this item specifically for a small screwdriver to remove links from my watch. It didn't work even though it was the right size, and then it bent and the splinter broke off. I tried a screwdriver from the second set, it didn't work either. I didn't bother trying the extra heads. I didn't buy this item because it was cheap. I bought it because it was the only set that was the right size for me. I usually read negative reviews but now I understand that I forgot about that because then I wouldn't have bought this product. I'd rather pay $7.99 for ONE WORKING size screwdriver than have two sets that don't work. Two zeros is still ZERO! I can't speak to other sizes of screwdrivers because I haven't tried them and don't need them, but if you're only purchasing this item for the smallest size, look elsewhere.
