Used for hot yoga (90°-102°) does as it’s intended. It has been washed several times now and out in dryer. No shrinkage or issues! I use with my manduka mat. I’ll buy a few more to help rotate without washing each time :)
- My mat is 72" long and this towel is maybe 2" too long so it tends to slide a bit when I do my Pilates.
- May not provide enough support for people with joint pain
