Great results every time

If you are new to fondant molds, welcome. You will wonder why it took you so long to get here. I am a food blogger (Cookies for England) and bought these fondant molds to make a special birthday cookie for a friend who wanted elegant tea biscuits. The results were amazing - elegant, high quality, edible decorations (and in our color scheme!). If you use fondant molds, be sure to wash and dry them thoroughly first (the water makes the fondant sticky and can't come out). correct shape). If you're in a hurry (like me), use a blow dryer in a cool place to make sure you've removed any moisture from nooks and crannies before use. Sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch on the brush before applying the fondant. This will allow the mold to slide out easily and not stick to the mold. You can also paint the finished shapes with gold or silver glitter dust (I dilute with a drop or two of vodka to "apply" the paint - the alcohol evaporates). biscuits when it dries out) to really (literally) shine those parts. Overall just a wonderful addition to my cookie decorating repertoire. I highly recommend them! :)
