An easy way to make small batches of fresh yoghurt! Fill zhe with whole milk, heat to 190, cover with a lid and put in a thermos, pour 190 degree water around a closed jar, cover the thermos with a lid and wait 20 minutes. Cool the milk to 115Β°C, add the starter, mix, cover and place in a thermos with the lid closed for 3-6 hours. Place the jar in the fridge to cool. Strain or not - I don't use any other ingredients and my family loves it!
