I'm not an outdoor enthusiast but I was on a trip to Fiji and Samoa and knew there would be lots of swimming, beaches, waterfalls, hiking etc. there. Sonia Gil on YouTube I recommended a dry bag with a retractable lid for this, so I decided to find one that worked for me. I loved that and gosh it was one of the best things to take with me on a trip! None of my family thought of taking them, and at first everyone mocked me for being superfluous. Then when we went to To Sua Ocean Trench (google it!) and all these idiots begged me to put their phones and cameras there because it's still pretty wet even on the rocks. It kept my brother's DSLR dry and my cousin (a professional photographer) used it on a shoot he did at several waterfalls while he was there. He said he would definitely buy one on his next trip. I like the color! It was light and stood out from all the other black bags. It kept everything secure and after the first day (using it for the first time) I felt so confident that my belongings would be fine. comes with it. The phone case fitted my iPhone 7 perfectly, but if it was bigger I'm not sure it would have worked. My cousin brought a dry phone case with velcro? I have no idea what he was thinking as his phone almost went under but mine was perfect for the trip. The memories I was able to capture in the water are absolutely priceless! I even FaceTimed my sister who was back in the US while I was swimming in Afu Aau Falls because damn why not? All in all it was a great purchase! I can't wait for spring and summer to come back to use it again.
