Sharp, comfortable to hold, well balanced
This HOTIME 8" bread knife, silvery, is quite sharp (yes, I cut myself a little while washing). We bake bread a lot and this stainless steel knife makes the cut does the job perfectly. It's not long enough to easily be used for the large round "buns" we've been baking, but it's perfect for longer, narrower loaves. I like the fact that this knife is completely made Stainless steel is. This should last a very long time! Good product!
