I started working from home a few months before COVID and I wish I had bought this product a year ago. This makes swapping my 32" monitor between my work laptop and personal laptop a breeze! The switch requires multiple wires to be plugged into different ports on the monitor, 2 laptops, and the switch itself. But I thought the instructions were more than enough to make the appropriate connections. Once all connections are established, switching between computers requires a single button press on the switch. I haven't hooked up a remote switch so can't comment on that yet. Basically I am satisfied with the product. It does what it's supposed to and makes my job easier. I can't comment on the tech support rating. I had no reason to contact tech support. BUT. What do "camera quality" and "thickness" ratings have to do with a KVM switch?!?!?! Someone screwed up the rating category.
