I ordered it because it offered cold air. The first time I used it I wet the filter, put in cold water and ice as suggested and didn't have time to freeze the filter. It hasn't worked for 10 hours, as I said, with a full tank it still doesn't work. The next day I used it all the water/ice had seeped into the bottom of the tray and was leaking. Cleaned, dried and tried again, it seems the more I use it the cooler the air gets. I'm not 100% happy with it, but personally it scares me. It won't cool a dorm sized room, don't expect it.
