Rescuer! for hand tools

This is for a 3 inch torch. On my third and final bathroom renovation in this 1970's house. In each of the first two, the subfloor around the toilet had to be replaced as it had become loose over the years. Simple enough, and each time I took it a step further. was here. I would cut the 3" ABS pipe and install new pipes and fittings with a new stainless steel toilet flange. Worked perfectly and I installed the flange at the correct level as above the tile, not below level with the tile built around it. The last one was a surprise for me. Because I "knew" what to expect, I already cut off the old toilet flange before I cut the underbody. what should have been straight pipe gave me enough room to cut and install a replacement just like before. No place to cut. stuck. worst case? I should have ripped out more of the subfloor, the walls, part of the adjoining bathroom, already renovated. and the main drainage line from the second floor to the basement. Looked online and found some tips on trying to break the pieces off with a sharp chisel. no Don't bother either. I saw this 3 inch earphone and decided to try it. I'm glad I did. You'll definitely need a good 1/2" drill bit. Mine is 9.5 amp and worked fine. Drilled through the old pipe leaving a tight fit in the socket for the new piece of 3" ABS plastic . The perfect cut? no A bit rough but I cleaned it up with 100 grit sandpaper. I put a little extra glue in the sleeve and on the pipe. I'll sell a joint that will never cause problems. In fact, I wouldn't hesitate to re-cut the same fitting should the need ever arise. Easy to do and saved me a ton of money and extra work. highlighted.
