I used to be a fan of AMD processors, but after Bulldozer and Vishera I decided to buy Intel. The choice was between i5 4670K and i7 4770K. I needed Hyper Threading (for my own reasons), in the end I bought a 4770K. Previously, there was an AMD X4 Athlon II 640, the overall increase is felt very strongly, in games the increase is about 50-100% (depending on which ones). As for the price, I think it's a bit overpriced. We overpay 2-3 thousand for "intel", although the latest processor from AMD is also not very different in price. For gamers, the processor is worth buying if you need Hyper Threading, which raises FPS quite a lot in some games that support it (unfortunately, there are not enough of them). Very satisfied with the purchase!
