Review on SmarterSelect by Patrick Burns

We have been using the software for about 5 years now and it has worked well for us. The program is easy to use and can be customized by our team as needed. I would say that they are always improving the features of this software and have made some great upgrades recently. It is not perfect, but we do really like it. A few things we dislike about this software is that sometimes it gets slow due to high volume of users. Also, sometimes it takes a while to load up when you want to edit or view certain documents. Try it out! This software makes it easy for us to organize all of our paperwork and make sure everything is up-to-date so we know who is eligible for what positions.
