instructions are terrible. Mine didn't produce a fog so they sent me a replacement. Still does not work. I used a different charging box, socket, etc. It should have 3 different fog settings. If I set it to the max it stays that color for a minute and then switches to other settings and instead of a solid color it keeps blinking. I tried the chat option to solve the problem and they didn't help at all. I will return this item. It's a shame. We made the same one many years ago which was so easy and convenient to use. Why they had to change the model is beyond me. My husband has an old one and it works great. I think I'll come back to that!
