I installed this product and it worked fine. for some time. then it just hangs, although all the ads are displayed normally. When it freezes, you cannot connect to the internet or even access the configuration screen. This is not an issue between my computer and the device as no other device in my house can connect to it while in this state. The workaround is to unplug the device and plug it back in, then it works fine for a few hours or maybe even a few days and then just freezes again. Netgear support finally advised me to get a replacement from Revain, since I was under warranty I did and got a replacement. Same problem with the new block. Haven't had this problem with any other extender I've used in the past.
