Review on Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens - Optimized for Canon EOS SLR Cameras by Sung-hoon Hwang ᠌

I like it, thank you for the quality product.

In general, the lens pleasantly surprised me with its picture up to the indicated 200mm, everything further is full or partial soap. Everyone who complains about weight - well, what else did you want from a TV set, take the L or DO model and you will be happy. The stabilizer works well, but after 180 it works with a delay and every other time. The retractable trunk will fully collect all the dust that it finds around - do not forget to clean it. Conclusion: If you want to understand what a telephoto is, but you don’t want to take a very cheap option, take it, but if you find a price tag of up to 17 thousand. I wouldn't give more for him. In no case do not take a telephoto without a stabilizer - you are tormented)

Pros
  • Colors, picture clarity up to 200mm, stabilizer, ultrasonic. Two stabilization modes. The zoom lock will prevent the trunk from accidentally moving out while being carried. Very beautiful landscapes can catch, and including portraits from afar.
Cons
  • Soap after 200mm, poor image quality at dusk and at night (even with a tripod). Trunk - dust collection. The lens drains the battery well.
