I placed an order for four wheels in August. In November, while I was having new tires installed at a tire fitting, they informed me that one of the wheels was damaged, and in order to have it properly balanced, it required an additional 320 grams of weight to be hung from it. indicated that 15 days had passed since the transaction and that they had gone out of business, but upon delivery of the items, it was not practical to conclude that it was not acceptable for use. The customer service representative instructed me to submit this wheel to the seller (Euro-Discs) via regular mail in order for them to process a return and refund my money. Even though the wheel has been delivered, no one seems to be in a hurry to pick it up from the post office. This is how the seller thinks, by the way! Take caution in this retail establishment! If the package is handed over to me again, I will take legal action.
