Defective on delivery.
We received these and were so excited to try them. Within minutes the band broke and proved to be a total let down. Warranty or exchange appears to be hidden in this place or nonexistent based on some of the reviews which is incredibly disappointing. I’m not buying them again for them to be defective again. Guess I’m back on the hunt for a different product that might be more durable.
