I've always enjoyed using them. The clawed cat (I didn't, that's how she came in - I would NEVER declaw a cat!) asks me to be on top of the litter box, practically waiting for her to come out of the litter box to scoop. She digs or doesn't dig. This whole setup was just awesome and made things so much better. Much better than risking a mysterious hole in the bottom of a plastic bag. That being said, the last order I placed was for four packs and I can only use two. The first two were fine, but the second two were so loaded they couldn't be used. The open ends of the bag rope were not far from the starting point, but closer to the middle in one case and closer to the end in another. I had to unroll the whole rope of the bag to find the open end. They cannot be used if they are all pulled out of the container like this. Due to Revain's 30 day return policy, which by the way I have absolutely no problem with, I can't return it or exchange it for a replacement. In this case, the policy sucks because I had absolutely no way of knowing this was going to happen until I tried downloading it, and it's not a product I could fully utilize within the 30-day return period. Now I'm stuck with over-ordering and am stuck with two long, cylindrical plastic bags that I absolutely don't need. The picture is attached and, ooooh! Huge dusty rabbit in my laundry room! I have to take care of this.
