Review on Fight Dentist Mouth Guard by Scott Hadlock

Let me start off by saying I am an MMA gym owner with 15 years experience competing and training others.This review is not only my own experience but also at least a dozen other guys I train as well, we have all tried this product and have had the same experience. Literally the worst mouthguard I have ever owned. The very definition of style over substance. While the mouthpiece is very sturdy, that comes from the fact it has a hard plastic shell, that has a HARSH RIGHT ANGLED LIP INSIDE YOUR MOUTH right where your inner, upper lip will rub against the guard. This sharp lip will slice open the skin inside your mouth anytime someone grinds against you. This could be someone trying to control your head in wrestling or jiu jitsu, or someone punching you during a kickboxing session. This product is basically useless. If you wear it as designed you will have slices inside your mouth. You'd be better off getting a basic boil and bite mouthpiece.I received a package of 6 different fight dentist mouth guards and they all had this same problem (So it wasn't just I got a defective one). And every other person I train who got one of these had the same complaints (Over a dozen different people, same cut up mouths). This product is not only ineffective, it is actually unsafe. Avoid like the plague
