My expectations for the KanSmart online store were quite high, but I had to admit that I was very let down by the quality of their shipping service. Although they have an impressive assortment of automotive parts and accessories, the delivery times are not up to pace with what should be expected. After waiting for my order to eventually arrive after several weeks of waiting, I discovered that some of the components had been broken while it was being shipped. Despite the fact that I contacted customer support, I was never provided with a solution that met my needs. If you are in a hurry to receive your car parts, I would suggest searching elsewhere for your needs. Even if KanSmart has what you require in stock, the quality of their transportation service leaves much to be desired.
