I bought this key programmer because I was only given 1 key when I bought my BMW. After watching a video on YouTube, I was able to successfully install the software, pull out the control box and 3-button code. This process isn't for everyone, but it's not complicated and will save you hundreds of dollars over going to a dealer or key store. Well work on the time I have spent and money on this great product
