That was the answer to our problems. The wooden decking for our front porch has been worn down by our rubber door brush. It squeaked and stretched every time we opened the door. This sweep was easy to install and has been error free so far. I would recommend picking up the strip and drilling the outer holes, then attaching them and drilling the rest. I rotated it so it was as close to the door as possible and when I fixed it the holes didn't line up. I used a 3/32 bit for the holes. Good value for money.
