I wear these shorts (without cups) for mountain biking and trials biking. The support is like no other I own in a good way. The "support" part is ergonomically correct and offers excellent support without squeezing. The padding is the outer layer that is neither tight nor sloppy. In summary: perfect support and padding that moves with me but does not impede my movements in any way. I wore them more often than I thought I would, so I ordered another pair so I could have clean shorts without having to wash them every week. I'm only including the photo because I'm wearing the shorts under another, more modest pair. But as you can see, whether they fit or not, they don't draw attention.
