. Update: Customer Service has replied to my email and sent me a replacement. I will keep updating as soon as I try to install 2nd. I appreciate that they stand behind the product. Both ends broke during installation. Didn't get up clean. All I used was a rubber mallet to help push it down. I won't buy the other 3.
