Great product doesn't seem to drain all the water like some cheaper rice cookers. It drips the most though, and if you like wet rice that doesn't drip into the water, this is for you. I like the mines a little drier. The best thing about a rice cooker is the 8 hour reheat time, so food stays warm 8 hours after cooking. It's amazing that I had to get up for work after 7 hours and I trusted my rice would still be hot when I woke up and it was. very convenient can be 5 stars for another person.
